As an Interserve Registered Nurse, you will enjoy a varied role that allows you to use your clinical skills and experience in a number of different setting. You will focus on ensuring the delivery of top patient care for your clients in their home and overseeing care teams and their work. This role is also an opportunity to gain experience within the private healthcare sector.

You will have an office base but you will spend most of your time out in the community. You will work alongside one of our registered branch managers, and with support from our clinical teams to recommend and oversee care plans. Your interpersonal and communication skills will be used to oversee the recruitment and ongoing compliance of our agency nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

To work independently, managing a caseload and reporting to a registered branch manager

Initial assessment of potential clients’ care needs through to the formulation of the care plan

Ensure all clients have up-to-date care plans that are accessible to the whole team and provide the standard of care expected of the company

Ongoing assessment, coordination and management of care packages

Inclusive regular communication with other professionals involved in the client's care

Reviewing documentation

Monitoring the delivery of care

Teaching and assessing of skills for care staff

Working with clients who have a range of clinical needs
