Hannah Syratt, has received an Interserve Values Award for Doing the right thing and Bringing better to life through her role as client care services manager covering Interserve Healthcare branches in the North of England.
The Award was presented to Hannah by Regional Director, Amy Gilbert who said:
“Hannah’s dedication to her job is outstanding. She works across a number of our branches, to support staff, carers and clients, working successfully and effectively to start new packages of care. Hannah has also been key to driving quality improvements across branches. Well done Hannah!”
Hannah, from Bradford, has worked for Interserve Healthcare for over six years. She explained what she likes most about her role:
“I enjoy meeting the people who we support. I’m mainly involved in setting up new packages and I understand how personal it is when a loved one needs external help for the first time, or new carers come into a home. I strive to make the transition to a new care package as smooth as possible for the client, their family and our carers.
“It’s rewarding to see the positive changes within a household when the right care is provided by sensitive, skilled carers who understand and complement our client and their family.”
