We value each and every one of our client care staff and understand the importance of continued staff training to not only support you in the role you are working in, but also to ensure you are able to develop in your nursing or care career.
We actively encourage our client care staff to undertake training to keep your skills live and enhance your CPD, and we offer QCF qualifications at differing levels in health and social care.
Interserve Healthcare E-Learning
All of the training Interserve Healthcare offer is free to our client care staff. It is delivered through a combination of face-to-face workshops and digital training through our E-Learning portal. This portal puts all of our training courses into one easy to access online location.
We deliver all of our mandatory training modules through our E-Learning portal and we also deliver bespoke training developed for specific client placements, which is delivered on a face to face basis.
If you don’t have computer, tablet or phone to access our E-Learning portal our branch staff will help you with your technology or organise for you go into your local branch and use the computer there. We also have a dedicated helpdesk where our friendly team are there to help you make the most of your online training.
